ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with various levels of HR team members and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The HRIS Analyst gathers requirements, writes functional specifications, performs configuration, and testing. This position also supports system upgrades and other technical projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
  • Technical expertise in various SuccessFactors modules, who manages projects and process improvements.
  • Gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy changes, enhancements, and fixes to the SuccessFactors solution.
  • Subject matter expert in various SuccessFactors modules to provide quality support and training to users.
  • Recommends process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Support SuccessFactors integrations with 3rd party systems, leveraging expertise in SuccessFactors integration technologies.
  • Partner with various HR Functions and Business Leads to identify new enhancements, updates or maintenance opportunities.
  • Evaluate SuccessFactors enhancements/fixes that are part of the 1H and 2H upgrades and recommend what to implement and then test accordingly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree

Required Work Experience:
  • 5+ Years Experience in SuccessFactors Configuration and Functional Support of the Goals Module, Performance Appraisal Module, Succession Planning Module
  • Experience in the configuration and functional support of additional SuccessFactors modules is highly preferred
  • Experience in Data Imports, Interface Specification Writing, and Support is preferred
  • 5+ Years in Requirements Gathering and Functional Specification Writing
  • 5+ Years in User Acceptance Testing
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Required Computer and Software Skills: SuccessFactors Functionality, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Requirements Gathering, Configuration, Testing

Travel Requirements: 10% potential travel

Additional Requirements:
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
