Sante is seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our Human Resources (HR) efforts. The HRM is responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies across all respective business groups. The HRM primarily leads and oversees the daily operations of the HR department. This role is responsible for providing direction and supervision for our core HR and Recruiting functions while reporting directly to the Director, Human Resources.

Sante is seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our Human Resources (HR) efforts. The HRM is responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies across all respective business groups. The HRM primarily leads and oversees the daily operations of the HR department. This role is responsible for providing direction and supervision for our core HR and Recruiting functions while reporting directly to the Director, Human Resources.
What You Will Do:
- Team Management: Manages the Human Resources team providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management while fostering a collaborative high-performing culture. Ensures the team is equipped with the necessary resources to achieve their goals.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with management to understand their human resources needs and priorities.
- Talent Acquisition: Partners with Recruiters and Recruitment Leader to develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract and engage candidates across different channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Uses metrics insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the recruiting process.
- Employee Relations: Provides guidance and support to management and staff in handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Benefits Administration and Communications: Manages benefits plan communication and ensures employee questions and matters are handled quickly and effectively. Manages the logistics for open enrollment activities, including employee education sessions, materials preparation, and coordination with vendors.
- Leave of Absence Management: Responsible for managing activities associated with all leave of absences, FMLA administration, and workplace accommodation requests.
- HR Compliance: Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Stays updated on changes in labor laws and recommends necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Performance Management: Responsible for managing the annual To Dos which are inclusive of performance review planning.
- Audit Readiness: Ensures HR documentation is always in order to successfully complete internal and external audits.
- Training and Development: Helps ensure training is delivered as needed to enhance employee skills, support professional growth, and address company needs.
- Employee Engagement: Manages employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- HR Analytics: Analyzes HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, making data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and strategies.
- Customer Service: Respond to all internal and external inquiries and communications in a timely manner. Typically, within 48 business hours maximum.
What Is Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years' of human resources experience with 2+ years' in a managerial role preferred. Non-profit experience is a plus.
- Experience using ADP's human capital management platform is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices and the ability to foster an inclusive environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR labor laws, compliance, and industry best practices.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certifications are preferred
- Possess a driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
