This position requires a solid identity and access management foundation. You will be responsible for engineering Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. Work with IAM architects, application developers and vendors to build, configure, test and implement IAM solutions that meet the business needs of Securion's customers. Engineer IAM solutions that meet defined policies and comply with applicable information security requirements. Integrate IAM systems with in-house and third party applications for provisioning, identity authentication and systems resources authorization. Lead activities to troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, authorization and integration problems.

Responsibilities:
Interpret and apply IAM architecture and designs to build Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
Work with customer's business unit and corporate managers to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards
Engineer solutions to ensure that identity and access management solutions and services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies and comply with information security requirements
Engineer technical IAM solutions, engaging during the lifecycle of solutions delivery, service owners, architects, project managers, global infrastructure teams, and key IAM product vendors
Integrate IAM systems with in-house and third party applications for provisioning, identity authentication and systems resources authorization
Develop connectors between IAM tools
Work with application developers and IT operations to develop, test, roll out and maintain enterprise-wide IAM solutions and services
Participate in defining architecture and process standards for the identity management platform
Work with the broader IT security, risk and compliance teams to interpret policies and standards, ensuring policies and standards are properly followed by new and existing lAM solutions
Contribute to evaluation, selection and configuration of IAM products and services from vendors
Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, authorization and integration problems
Create and maintain the documentation & designs
Design and develop lifecycle management forms and workflows, targeting various application identity repositories (LDAP (Tivoli Directory Server, Microsoft Active Directory), relational databases).

Primary skills required:
Professional with 5 or more years of experience in IAM, IDM, Federated Identity, privileged access management (PAM) and/or product implementation and deployment experience.
Thorough familiarity with Industry WS standards such as WS-Sec; SOAP; REST and security protocols around it like OATH;
Experience installing, integrating troubleshooting, and testing IDM, Federated Identity, and Web Services products
Fluency in Common Industry User Directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)
Possess deep domain expertise and experience working across a group of related products/applications
Experience in the follow IAM areas: Identity and Access Management Architecture, Identity Lifecycle Management Processes, Federation/Single Sign-on (SAML, WS-Security, Open Standards, OAUTH, SPML, SCIM, )
Experience with one or more of the following products: PING, Sailpoint, Aveska, Okta, Oracle OIM/OAM, Microsoft FIM, BeyondTrust, CyberArk
