Job Description
Responsible for the preparation/review of state separate and combined/consolidated income tax returns and tax workpaper
Prepare quarterly estimates and extensions for all companies within the *** US Group.
Analyze and respond to state notices.
Assist with state income tax audits.
Compile state income tax research and monitor legislative changes
Interface and collaborate with various internal and external service providers and state tax authorities to deal with various tax topics.
3-5 years in Sales & Use tax experience a plus.
Quals--
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related.
3-5 years state income tax compliance and research.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work proactively and successfully as a team member and individually.
Communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing when interacting with management.
