SIS has immediate openings for Senior Industry Consultant - Construction.
SIS currently has a significant pipeline of new business. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide functional support and training services on customer projects and be the liaison between the customer and the technical team during the entire duration of the project execution. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Industry Consulting
- Executing Industry-focused SIS strategic goals
- Monitors and tracks the market's demands and opportunities for SIS strategic industries and focus
- Participates in Project delivery activities as Industry / Solutions architect
- Improves and contributes to SIS process inventory
- Monitors and QAs implementation projects from Industry delivery quality perspective
- Product Roadmap
- Responsible for creating and improving SIS IP offering
- Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Collaborates with Product development department on planning and execution of build process
- Industry Training and Mentoring
- Ensuring strategic alignment of the Industry training with business goals
- Is responsible for Industry-related skill management program staff training
- Process Mapping in the following areas related to the Construction Industry
- Billing, Estimating, Bidding, Budgeting, Equipment & Labor, Time & Materials
- Revenue Recognition, Scheduling & Forecasting, Month-end Closing
- Regulatory Issues: OCIP, Certified Payroll, Prevailing Wages, Unions & Safety
- Industry Consulting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- In depth knowledge of Project management and Accounting (Job Costing)
- Knowledge of Construction Operational / Financial processes
- Possesses high degree of personal initiative
- Effective communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills
- Effective interpersonal skills to work as a team member.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle moderately complex issues/engagements/projects
- Ability to address all issues within given area of expertise
Experience
- 10 Year plus experience in Construction Industry in Senior Finance or Operation Roles
- Experience Guiding, Managing ERP implementations
- Experience in AX 2012/D365FO
- Experience working for / with medium to large organizations
Education
- Bachelor's degree or other equivalent experience.
- Certifications desirable.
