• ResponsibilitiesResponsible for creating complex calculated fields and custom reports related to Integration Process, Work Schedule, and Time Tracking. Develops advanced custom reports related to Absence Management used for time off auto approval before the day of the employee's absence using Mass Operation Management (MOM). Triaging tickets & fixing based on the priority and reporting to the respective integration team lead on regular basis in Status meetings. Work on BIRT reporting to send the letters to employees related to Benefit costs and time off arrears balance. Re-design Business Processes, such as adding notifications, editing process, steps, security policies and creation of condition rules. Integrate compensation plans for multiple countries. Develop automation of web application through Selenium Web driver, Java, Junit and Maven. Execute Cross browser and platform testing using Selenium Grid. Responsible for implementing Page object model (POM) using Selenium Web Driver, Maven, TestNG and Java. Perform manual testing in physical devices emulator and IOS simulator.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: WD Studio Report Designer; Selenium WebDriver; Junit; HTML; XSLT; MS Office Tools; SQL; JIRA.
