• ResponsibilitiesResponsible for participating in relevant aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, constructions, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions. Develop and enhance software programs and data structures that meet business objectives. Design, develop, test, and refine software deliverables. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications. Define software best practices and mentor teams to write elegant code using effective automated unit tests & Test-Driven Development methodologies. Collaborate with Architects, product owners, UX/UI, Internal/External stakeholders and globally distributed teams to understand requirements and develop application in compliance to client needs.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering discipline or related field plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Java; J2EE; SOA; Websphere Application Server; Server-side application frameworks, including JSP, Servlet and Spring; Restful and SOAP-based web services, including JSON and XML; Unit and BDD testing frameworks, including Junit and Cucumber; and SQL Data Store - Oracle or other RDBMS.
