We are looking for a proactive, detail orientated Senior Line Producer to join our Content Studio team in North America. In this role, you will be the conduit between Client Service/Creative teams and the photography studio. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of photography shoots from pre-production to shoot completion. We'd love someone who is a naturally driven strategic thinker that proactively proposes unique ways to organize shoots and drive efficiency. Candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has impeccable attention to detail.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $90,000 USD - $100,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Key Responsibilities
- Owner of setting projects up for success within agency workflows, inclusive of both general production processes as well as project management software.
- Track projects to stay on budget and schedule based on client and agency needs.
- Collaborate with client service, creative and studio teams, photographers to outline and drive project requirements
- Develop detailed production schedules, timelines, and budgets and track throughout lifecycle of the project.
- Make strategic recommendations to drive efficient shoots as to location and crew needs per shoot. Consult with studio manager who hires and schedules crew.
- Drive shoot scheduling, operations and shot lists.
- Partner with Client Service and creative team to provide an exceptional client experience both in prep and at live shoot.
- Attend all shoots in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the shoot, maintain clear communication between photographers, creative teams, and clients
- Ensure smooth handoff of images and assets to post-production teams
- Ensure process, protocols, and brand standards are followed
- Maintains a high focus on quality control throughout production process
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain project momentum
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a Line Producer or in a similar production management role.
- Strong knowledge of the photography industry, including tabletop and lifestyle
- Ability to multitask and work in high-pressure environments.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, crew, and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct a team while promoting a positive attitude in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe CC and reviewing tools
- Relevant experience in project management tools such as Shotgrid/Flow, Workfont, Jira, Trello etc.
