Match Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its Legal team, providing litigation support across multiple brands within the Match Group portfolio


This is a hybrid role based out of our Dallas office.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Conduct research and investigations to gather facts and supporting documentation for demand letters, litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
  • Coordinate discovery responses, including collecting and organizing documents and data, tracking deadlines, and preparing and scheduling witnesses for interviews, depositions, and trials.
  • Prepare, manage, and track legal holds.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure proper preservation of electronic and hard copy records.
  • Maintain litigation databases and case management systems; track and calendar litigation events and other critical legal deadlines.
  • Assist with quarterly litigation reports.
  • Monitor and track insured litigation matters.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations and legal counsel, addressing day-to-day legal questions and facilitating information flow.
  • Prepare, file, and manage certain customer claims and small claims matters, including drafting documentation, coordinating evidence, and advising internal stakeholders on procedures and timelines.
  • Assist with internal investigations and prepare employees who are subpoenaed or called to testify.
  • Provide high-level support for litigation and arbitration matters as needed, including coordinating logistics, managing external counsel requests, and supporting settlement processes.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance and responses to government inquiries or subpoenas.
  • Draft routine legal correspondence and support contract-related administrative tasks (e.g., contract tracking, signature management, etc.).
We could be a match if:
  • You have a minimum of 7 years experience in a paralegal role (in-house experience preferred.)
  • An associate degree in paralegal studies or bachelors degree preferred.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and superior proofreading skills.
  • You have the ability to effectively work in an environment in which you will be exposed to confidential information and documents.
  • You are approachable and patient with internal clients and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • You have an understanding of corporate law and litigation, and experience in the litigation process.
  • You have demonstrated experience using judgment to plan and accomplish goals and resolve routine legal issues.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be assertive and persistent while maintaining a professional manner and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of departments in a diverse environment.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Suite (G-Drive; Gmail), Excel, Word, Access, SimpleLegal, and Adobe Acrobat.

$95,000 - $103,000 a year

The compensation range listed above is representative of the base salary offered.


Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of Dallas, TX. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
