Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage comprehensive litigation matters across various industries.
- Leverage an existing book of business worth $800k+ in client engagements.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced associates, paralegals, and other support staff to strategically grow personal and firm-wide business.
- Focus primarily on high-quality, hourly billable client work in a non-contingency setup.
- Opportunity to expand and develop into both general litigation or specialized niche areas outside of insurance defense.
- Contribute to the firm's expansion goals by onboarding new clients and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
- Participate in speaking engagements and utilize strong marketing support to enhance professional profile and firm presence in the legal industry.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Existing portable book of business with a minimum worth of $800k required.
- Extensive litigation experience in sectors other than insurance defense.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while effectively utilizing firm's comprehensive support structure.
- Exceptional client relationship and business development capabilities.
- JD from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex litigation matters.
- Proficiency in collaborating effectively with diverse legal teams.
- Track record of business development and client origination.
- Familiarity with cross-practice legal collaboration and synergy.
- Experience in high-growth legal environments or practice expansion.
