Position Overview: KSA Integration is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to provide support to the Marine Corps Installations Command (Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM)) Logistics and Installations Directorate (G-4) Transportation Services Branch. The Senior Analyst will lead the development, review, and execution of transportation-related policies, perform detailed data analysis, and support logistics planning efforts across Marine Corps Installations.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt
Location: Hybrid (Pentagon and Remote)
Anticipated Start Date: 06/01/2025
Position Responsibilities:
Support the development and updates of transportation-related policies, including the Class A Vehicle Assignment Policy, and Telematics Policy.
Conduct policy analysis and recommend updates in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) and United States Marine Corps (USMC) guidance.
Extract and analyze data from systems such as Fleet Management Information System (FMIS), Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST), and Fleet Focus to assess fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.
Perform lifecycle cost analysis and develop comprehensive financial reports.
Audit transportation data for accuracy and compliance and propose corrective actions.
Provide planning and coordination support for Transportation Services Working Groups and related symposia.
Assist with pre-event logistics, on-site execution, and post-event reporting including After-Action Reports (AARs).
Use Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) to support task development, tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) HQ, Regional Commands, and inter-agency teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in transportation logistics, preferably with DoD or Marine Corps.
- Secret Clearance.
- Proficiency in logistics data systems (e.g., Fleet Management Information System (FMIS), Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST), Fleet Focus).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience supporting the Marine Corps or other military logistics programs.
- Knowledge of Common Output Levels of Service (Common Output Levels of Service (COLS)) and associated reporting tools.
