ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst III to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.
As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter's effectiveness. ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst III to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.
As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Responsibilities include nut not limited to:
- Prepares logistics support documentation and source data, such as logistics operational management/user documents, integrated logistics support plans, user logistics support summaries, post-production support plans, and logistics implementation plans
- Implements logistics plans, databases, and support files to support the fielding of new complex information systems or major modifications
- Applies logistics principles and methods to specialized logistics solutions
- Performs logistics database management functions
- Performs logistics inventories and related logistics functions
- Works independently and leads the implementation of logistics discipline
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks
- Collaborate across logistics teams, both internal and external, to provide proactive solutions to issues that present potential or know risk
- Integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and wholesale environments
Minimum Qualifications :
- BA/BS degree or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience and understanding of all 12 Elements of Product Support, which consists of Product Support Management, Supply Support, Sustaining Engineering, Maintenance Planning & Management, Design Interface, Support Equipment, Manpower & Personnel, IT Systems Continuous Support, Facilities & Infrastructure, Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation, Technical Data, and Training & Training Support
- Product Support Budget and Resource Planning Experience
- Skilled at identifying and communicating Product Support risks and opportunities
- Experience leading cross-functional personnel that make up the Product Support team
- Experience with consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor specialist
- Demonstrated experience conducting property inventories and in equipment accountability techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management
- Experience with Government systems including EBS, SAP, eProcurement, DIBBS, CRM, DRU, WAWF, ETools (DCMA), DSS, ILS, WEBFLIS, E-MALL, QLIK, and Haystack Gold
- Experience in Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, Project PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current and active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
