Job Description :
Build and deploy machine learning (ML) models and data pipelines, from training to inference, using MLOps best practices. Monitor and maintain production machine learning models by identifying and correcting for model drift/staleness, incorporating user feedback loops, and retraining models, as necessary. Build, fine-tune, and use pre-trained LLMs, deep learning models and traditional machine learning models. Scale AI / ML services using model optimization and evaluate and recommend AI or ML solutions for products using vendor solutions and custom-built models. Distill complex ML concepts into easy-to-follow technical documentation. Position may include additional duties that utilize the required skills. Telecommuting permitted up to 100% from any Smartsheet registered location in the U.S.

Requires a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and three years of experience in:

Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. $187,000 $200,000 USD

Requirements :
Requires a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and three years of experience in:
- Building and deploying machine learning (ML) models and data pipelines for alerting and monitoring, using MLOps and Python;
- Developing ETL processes for data preparation in Snowflake utilizing Docker image for deploying machine learning models;
- Developing ML-based models using Supervised Learning, Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, XGBoost, Decision Trees, and Gen AI LLMs; and
- Developing cloud-based image batch processing systems using Amazon AWS (Lambda), and orchestrating ML pipelines through Airflows DAGs.
