About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Experience, the Managed Services Specialist serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in U.S. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a specialized focus on electronic billing and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). This role is instrumental in driving the successful implementation of EVV and billing workflows, supporting both internal teams and customer-facing initiatives. Leveraging your deep system expertise, you will provide advanced support, consultative guidance, and handle high- impact escalations. In partnership with project and product stakeholders, you'll bring in-depth knowledge of the AlayaCare platform and the home care industry to ensure compliance and deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of complex RCM workflows, the ability to lead outcome-driven conversations with customers, and ownership of the quality and accuracy of EVV and billing configurations.

A Day in the Life:
- Provide advanced configuration support and issue resolution for EVV and billing workflows.
- Guide customers through environment setup, QA, testing, and training.
- Advise clients and manage complex escalations to ensure project success.
- Develop scalable configurations and contribute to documentation and training content.
- Investigate and resolve EVV and claims errors.
- Monitor trends to support EVV workflow compliance.
- Support state certification processes and track evolving regulations.
- Collaborate with Product and RCM teams to shape the platform roadmap.
- Mentor Managed Services Specialists, supporting them through discovery and escalation processes.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and quality assurance.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 4-6 years of experience in RCM and/or home healthcare.
- 2+ years of Medicaid EVV experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proven expertise in workflow compliance and documentation.
- Deep understanding of the AlayaCare platform is an asset.
