PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Management Analyst with experience in data visualization software, mathematical modeling, data sharing and collaboration to support our customers located in St. Inigoes, MD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In support of our NAWCAD customers, the PSI Pax Management Analyst will perform full lifecycle project management, coordinate requirements through delivery in support of multiple CI&IDs projects. Responsible for leading a team of analyst in successful cost, schedule, and performance management activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
In support of our NAWCAD customers, the PSI Pax Management Analyst will perform full lifecycle project management, coordinate requirements through delivery in support of multiple CI&IDs projects. Responsible for leading a team of analyst in successful cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
Specific duties include:
- Supports and works directly with the Government Project Leads (GPLs) in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.
- Develops cost estimates work breakdown structure (WBS) in MS Project/Excel
- Develop spend plans to estimate phased execution plans of anticipated project budgets
- Develop project structures in Navy ERP
- Reviewing incoming and outgoing funding documents
- Provides analysis of Navy ERP expenditures
- Provides weekly updates to Project Cost Reports
- Communicates timelines and prioritizes tasking with the team
- Coaches, Teaches, Trains, and mentor's other analysts
Qualifications:
- At least ten (10) years relevant experience successfully working with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in business operations support.
- Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Data visualization software proficiency (Qlik, PowerBI)
Education Requirements
- Master's degree
- Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable job functions may be substituted for a master's degree.
