Description:
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Management Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
* Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses
* Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings
* Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs
* Track program/project status and schedules
* Applies policies and procedures for financial planning
* Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures
* Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance
* Up to 25% travel Minimum Qualifications: * Master's degree in a technical or business discipline
* 10+ years of professional experience relevant to Management Analyst duties in support of program or project requirements, OR, Bachelor's Degree and 14+ years of related work experience may be substituted Preferred Qualifications: * Acquisition document experience in generating Performance Work Statements (PWS)/Statement Of Work (SOW) requirement documents, to include development of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
* Management Analyst experience within the NAVAIR or Navy DoD environment Security Clearance Requirements: * Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Top-Secret Clearance Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
* The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers
