Job Summary:

As part of the Information Technology (IT) team, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project success and manage the identification and addressing of client needs. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage engineering projects, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring multiple teams. You are responsible for utilizing team strengths, managing performance to meet expectations, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. Your role involves acting as the single point of contact for engineering functions catering to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and DevOps teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Mentor and develop a development team (internal and external) to enhance system capabilities
  • Serve as an architect for the PLM Teamcenter platform
  • Convert engineering requirements into system capabilities, implement and deploy processes and tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively
  • Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations


Required Qualifications:
  • Ideally 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; may be less with a higher level degree
  • Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams for project success
  • Acting as architect for Siemens Teamcenter platform. Siemens Teamcenter is required.
  • Onboarding and training new users on the platform
  • Implement automated systems on PDM and PLM platforms
  • Leading testing and validation of processes and products
  • Coordinate projects on engineering collaboration platforms
  • Coaching and collaborating with internal IT functions

Location:
  • This position is full time on-site and can located out of one of the following Mercury Systems Locations:
    • Andover, MA
    • Hudson, NH
    • Phoenix, AZ


This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. Citizens.
