The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Insights and Analytics, the Sr. Manager / Associate Director, Commercial Insights and Analytics will be responsible for executing, managing and delivering market research initiatives and integrating primary and secondary data analysis in support of key business decisions across the NSCLC portfolio. This role will drive day-to-day progress across all projects within the team with the goal of providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer perspectives in support of our upcoming product launches. The ideal candidate is an experienced market research, forecasting or commercial insights and analytics professional with a strong background in oncology, and a passion for using data-driven insights to guide business strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:
Develop execution support processes and manage ongoing projects as they related to commercial analytics strategy directed at pre-launch planning, future marketed products, and pipeline assets as necessary.
Manage individual initiatives related to market intelligence, competitive landscape analysis, and commercial insights generation.
Assist with the management of commercial forecasting models and key assumptions in support of near-term execution and longer-term business strategy development.
Support cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Clinical Development teams to ensure research findings align with business objectives.
Update and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks and actively monitor market trends, launch performance, and commercial effectiveness.
Support qualitative and quantitative research and analytics to understand physician, patient, and payer perspectives on NSCLC treatment landscapes.
Assist with ongoing competitive landscape assessments, monitor performance of other products, clinical developments, and emerging trends in NSCLC.
Identify key market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to shape brand strategy and commercialization efforts.
Identify potential opportunities for the integration of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence models, and machine learning into business intelligence and commercial planning projects.
Assist with the management of day-to-day relationships with third-party vendors and external market research and analytics/data partners.
Represent the organization at industry conferences, onsite market research studies, and other important commercial planning workshops.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
6+ years of market research, sales operations, business information or related experience, with at least 3-4 years in oncology (NSCLC preferred).
Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, competitive intelligence, and data analytics.
Understanding of NSCLC treatment paradigms, KOL perspectives, and market dynamics, or clear demonstrated ability to learn new disease states.
Experience supporting product launches and commercial strategy development.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear and impactful insights.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience operating within new systems, processes, and support structures, with a preference on start-up experience.
