Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives for our product lines that treat fibromyalgia and migraine. This position is responsible for understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to effectively position our products in the marketplace. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans that enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.. Ultimately, the Sr. Manager will contribute to the company's success by ensuring that our products resonate with target audiences and achieve market leadership. Compensation & Benefits
Annualized base salary ranges from $100,000 to $170,000 plus target incentive; actual salaries will vary and may be above or below this range commensurate with several factors including experience, education, training, location, and merit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing efforts for legacy migraine brands while driving the tactical plan for a pending new product approval in August 2025
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with business goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and product positioning.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and promotional activities.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results and ROI.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Experience in a leadership role within a product marketing team.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and marketing automation software.
