Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Executive Operations (Executive Assistant) provides administrative support to the club President. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enhancing overall efficiency. The fundamental reason this position exists is to provide highly skilled support to the most senior executives at the Arizona Cardinals. A proactive problem solver, possessing a strong work ethic and the ability to work hours consistent with an executive's schedule, which may include occasional nights, weekends, and holidays, consistent with the seasonal nature of the business. A good attitude and a commitment to teamwork are a must; attention to detail is imperative.

Primary Job Duties: The Senior Manager, Executive Operations (Executive Assistant) will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Screen emails, calls, and requests, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Assist in project management, event planning, and administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Manage scheduling appointments and other matters typical of an executive assistant.
- Manage travel logistics, reservations, and itinerary planning.
- Assist in the coordination of hospitality in conjunction with our events team.
- Manage expenses, bill payments, and light bookkeeping.
- Develop itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, and arranging lodging and other accommodations.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the president. It may include creative problem-solving, progress oversight, working with multiple departments, and extensive research.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education/Experience: Five years of experience as an executive assistant to C-suite leadership and/or an Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other related role
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new technologies
- Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated with a shared commitment to excellence.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Availability outside traditional work hours as needed
- Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
- Proactive and Assertive in managing tasks and schedules
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
- Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
