SummaryWithin the Bell Business Markets Finance group, the Senior Manager - Finance plays a critical role governing Bells strategies and policies relating to Credits, Risk management and Accounts receivables. We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual that will identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance controls, reduce customer credits, improve cash and reduce accounts receivables.
Key Responsibilities- Provide insightful reporting and analysis on overall financial performance.
- Perform analysis to influence business decisions, identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the business stakeholders and develop Forecasts and Plans.
- Pro-actively manage the strategic initiatives and pursue opportunities to close budget gaps.
- Prepare benchmarking and industry analysis on overall practice performance.
- Professional accounting designation (or working towards one).
- At least 5 years of relevant finance experience; exposure to the telecom or technology business considered an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of SAP, BPC, BI and Tableau Cognos.
- Team player with excellent leadership and collaborative skills.
- Self starter with high degree of initiative and influence.
- Comfortable working at different levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
