Summary:

The Sr. Manager of Global Digital Marketing will lead the L'AGENCE global paid digital strategy in this integral role focused on global expansion, customer growth and acquisition, and digital marketing innovation. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and is accountable for all paid digital channels including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat. In this role, you will not only understand our company goals but also work to be nimble and agile as you manage digital strategy, consistently driving growth across all markets with a drive to use analytical insights to inform your approach and strategy. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in office.

Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Strategy And Implementation
  • Lead the strategy for all paid digital channels, with a focus on key social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat).
  • Set monthly, quarterly and annual goals, ROAS and CAC targets in partnership with Global Director of Digital Marketing.
  • Implement campaign, audience and ad content strategies, with special attention on international market needs and differences.
  • Lead and manage all campaign set-up, inclusive of hands-on ad builds, as our in-house expert on all things paid acquisition and performance marketing related.
  • Develop and evolve audience and targeting strategies to continually drive new customer acquisition, while improving current customer frequency and retention.
  • Continuously refine bidding strategies and marketing budgets for efficiency, performing weekly campaign maintenance and scaling.
  • Hands-on set-up of ad creatives and audience structures, with support from Digital Marketing coordinator.

Innovation And Testing
  • Manage and implement paid digital testing across all social channels, inclusive of MMT, Incrementality, creative/content, traditional A/B and future testing models.
  • Create and maintain an international market testing strategy to help us explore what languages, creatives and ad formats perform the best in other countries as we grow globally.
  • Work in partnership with the Global Director of Digital Marketing to establish a quarterly testing strategy, inclusive of goals, measurements and experimentation hypotheses.
  • Keep the brand on the forefront of innovation, exploring new channels across the paid space, inclusive but not limited to CTV, podcasts and future digital outlets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to guide agency partners in incorporating innovative and impactful strategies.

Reporting
  • Manage weekly and monthly paid digital performance reporting, inclusive of revisions to goals and strategies, across managed channels.
  • Use data analysis tools (Looker, Excel, and Google Analytics) to review and validate platform insights and develop recommendations for data-driven strategy refinements.
  • Partner with Sr. CRM Manager and external agencies to share insights and learnings.
  • Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables and project management for all paid social channel needs.
  • Implement in platform creative updates, with support from Digital Marketing coordinators.

Creative Management
  • Manage the creative briefing process, inclusive of working directly with copy and graphic design teams.
  • Refine and involve the paid digital creative approach, inclusive of update frequency, region localizations and best practices.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on platform creative innovations, sharing competitive reviews and inspiration with the team to help inspire creative innovation and change.
