Description:
At Bonafide Provisions we believe food is medicine. We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manufacturing Manager to join our team and play a key role in scaling our operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Bonafide Provisions
It is our mission to help everyone experience abundant wellness through the power of food. We promise to make our products the same way you would in your own kitchen - NO shortcuts, NO funky ingredients, ever. We use only the highest-quality, certified organic ingredients to deliver wellness-promoting foods that are made from the cleanest ingredients and taste like homemade (if not better!).
What You Will Do
The Senior Manufacturing Manager will lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production oversight, inventory management, co-manufacturing relationships, and process improvement initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management, ensuring seamless execution of production while building scalable systems to support rapid growth. The Senior Manufacturing Manager reports to the COO and will manage an Inventory Coordinator and the Quality Assurance Manager.
Responsibilities:
You are a talented CPG manufacturing professional who will leverage your strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to successfully partner with our co-manufacturing team. A strategic planner and thinker, you also thrive in an environment where you are able to be hands on. With a continuous improvement mindset, you are results oriented, organized, and know the importance of working cross-functionally. Finally, you thrive in a fast-paced, emerging brand environment and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Qualifications:
We offer health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
