General Function
The Senior Manager Marketing Analytics will lead data-driven initiatives to evaluate and optimize marketing performance across digital, in-store, and omnichannel campaigns. This role will partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Loyalty, and Digital teams to transform data into actionable insights that drive customer engagement, optimize campaigns, and improve overall business performance.

Positions that Report to This Role:
Marketing Analyst
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Performance & Data Analysis
- Develop and implement a marketing analytics framework to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement.
- Analyze data from multiple sources (web analytics, social media, email, paid media, etc.) to assess marketing performance.
- Provide insights on attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and customer journey analytics.
Strategy & Optimization
- Partner with marketing leaders to develop data-driven strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in customer behavior to refine targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Optimize marketing spend allocation by analyzing channel performance and recommending budget shifts.
Technology & Data Infrastructure
- Oversee marketing analytics tools, dashboards, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Work with data engineering teams to enhance data collection, integration, and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as a strategic advisor to marketing, sales, finance, and executive team by providing actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner.

Experience and Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related fields
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and customer segmentation
- Experience with predictive modeling, A/B testing, and marketing attribution technologies
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing analytics and automation tools
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies
- Experience in grocery retail is a plus

- This position may require some traveling and overnight stays.
- Visual requirements include ability to see detail at near range with or without correction
