Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
People Analytics
- Work closely with HR Leadership and other key stakeholders across the company to understand reporting needs and to ensure that the HR data and insights received are relevant, accurate, and actionable.
- Support efforts to measure, analyze, and communicate key HR metrics and trends.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive talent decisions and improve our overall employee experience.
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in people analytics and bring new ideas to the organization.
- Work collaboratively with HRIS team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data and systems.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement within the HR function, and to support broader business goals.
- Identify and champion initiatives that enhance the employee experience at every touchpoint, leveraging data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement to boost the overall employee experience.
Talent Management & Development
- Drive the development and implementation of Purpose U.
- Develop learning pathways and growth opportunities tailored to various career stages and skill levels.
- Stay up to date on current trends and best practices in talent development and share insights with the HR and broader business teams.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to support employee learning.
- Support employees with creating individual development plans (IDPs).
- Track participation, engagement, and outcomes of development initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Gather feedback from employees and leaders to refine and enhance programs.
Performance Management Strategy
- Work closely with HR Leadership to create a data-driven performance management processes that promote accountability, recognize achievements, drive continuous improvement and support employees recognizing their role within the organization.
- Partner with the HR Business Partners on the execution and education of performance management with employees and People Leaders.
Succession Planning
- Work closely with HR leadership to develop, execute, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.
- Establish a succession planning framework to identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership roles.
- Work with leadership to assess future workforce needs and create talent pipelines.
- Develop retention strategies to keep top talent engaged and motivated.
Impact Programs
- Develop and lead Purpose Brands volunteer programs to strengthen internal company culture and external brand awareness.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and implement recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds as well as educate hiring managers on how to select, evaluate and retain a diverse team.
- Partner with the Benefits team to ensure benefit offerings are diverse and equitable.
- Serve as Chair of Purpose Brands DEI Council - providing oversight and guidance on Council initiatives that influence strategy, engagement, and an inclusive culture at Purpose Brands.
- Provide strategic leadership to employee resource groups (ERGs), and other engagement-focused groups, to ensure alignment with company-wide DE&I strategies and business goals.
- Provide counsel to underrepresented groups and make sure all voices are heard to ensure a healthy company culture.
Culture & Events
- Cultivate an environment where our core values-People, Purpose, Performance, and Play-are actively demonstrated and embedded in daily operations.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure alignment between People initiatives and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the teams at North Campus and Seattle to plan employee events. Support onsite employee events at South Campus.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one conversations to continuously improve workplace culture.

Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in HR, with a strong background in people operations, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Expertise in leveraging data analytics to inform and shape HR strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and inspire trust across all levels of the organization.
- A passion for cultivating inclusive cultures and championing employee well-being and professional growth.
Salary Range: $110k - $130k
