The Sr Manager, Property Platform Services will be responsible to support the Property Technology department in creating, developing, and implementing processes, programs and platforms to further service Integrated Services strategy and field team success.

The Sr Manager, Property Platform Services will be responsible to support the Property Technology department in creating, developing, and implementing processes, programs and platforms to further service Integrated Services strategy and field team success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to organize, plan, execute, implement, and monitor projects throughout all project stages.
- Ability to define project goals and communicate to stakeholders through project closure.
- Manages the production of required project deliverables, as needed.
- Oversees technology platform systems, processes, and infrastructure while seeking opportunities of improvement or revision and plays a significant role in implementing process change.
- Anticipates operational risks and provides strategic solutions escalating to appropriate level when required.
- Effectively communicates new or revised processes to property management teams through written mediums and training.
- Identifies areas within Technology platforms where field training is needed.
- Works closely with Integrated Services leaders and other Departments on special planning and projects to meet company goals and initiatives.
- Participates in the planning and development of new process design and implementation.
- Develops training materials and presentations for new system implementations.
- Assists IT and property management teams with access or platform issues, including quarterly auditing of all user permissions.
- Facilitates national contract execution, and invoicing for all national technology platforms, including actioning for disposition and acquisition activity.
- Onboards new team members as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in the commercial real estate and project management fields.
- 4+ years of property or building management experience handling customer service and administrative issues related to commercial real estate management is a plus.
- 4+ years handling projects and project management preferred.
- BA or BS in Business Management, Property Management or Constructions preferred.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft 365 Applications including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Yardi modules is a plus.
- Strong aptitude for learning new software and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to coordinate project activities.
- Must be able to run projects from conception to implementation.
- A strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment to meet critical deadlines.
- Intelligence, with a keen focus on details.
- Presents excellent communication skills through oral and written mediums to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels.
