About the Role:
As the Senior Manager, Quality Engineering, you will lead the quality engineering team in ensuring the highest standards of software quality across Mad Mobile's platform. You will develop and implement quality strategies, processes, and tools that drive efficiency and accuracy in testing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role will play a critical part in delivering reliable, innovative solutions to our retail and restaurant partners. This position is based in Tampa, FL.

As the Senior Manager, Quality Engineering, you will lead the quality engineering team in ensuring the highest standards of software quality across Mad Mobile's platform. This role will play a critical part in delivering reliable, innovative solutions to our retail and restaurant partners. This position is based in Tampa, FL.
In this role you will:
- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and standards to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
- Utilize AI technologies and methodologies to enhance QA processes, including automated testing, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection.
- Identify and implement AI use cases within the QA department to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Monitor and report on QA metrics, including defect rates, test coverage, and test execution progress.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay informed about advancements in AI and machine learning as they relate to software testing.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in QA processes.
- Proven experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AI-driven testing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in QA for SaaS products.
