JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Senior Manager of Reputation Management, you will work closely with the Global Media Relations and Public Affairs team to oversee the enhancement and implementation of internal Reputation Management processes and ensure compliance with relevant organizational policies, acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on these matters.
In this position, you will drive global awareness of and engagement in programs that help to mitigate external risk and bolster our brand.

As the Senior Manager of Reputation Management, you will work closely with the Global Media Relations and Public Affairs team to oversee the enhancement and implementation of internal Reputation Management processes and ensure compliance with relevant organizational policies, acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on these matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enhance and implement internal initiatives and workflows that help to ensure compliance with Global Media Relations and Public Affairs policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of relevant internal policies to ensure they remain current and effective.
- Develop internal training programs that drive global awareness and engagement of brand reputation initiatives and Global Media Relations and Public Affairs policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, providing guidance and support on relevant brand reputation matters.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of cross-organizational content submitted to the Global Media Relations and Public Affairs team to ensure compliance with relevant policies and provide edits/feedback from a brand reputation perspective.
- Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to ensure compliance across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to oversee brand reputation within Influencer Marketing initiatives.
- Identify and assess relevant compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track and analyze engagement with and progress of these efforts through quarterly reporting, identifying areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field.
- 7+ years of work experience in reputation management, external communications, internal communications or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey key messages effectively to multiple audiences and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating, as part of a global team.
- Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate results/areas of opportunity.
