Job Description:
Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Security Operations, located in Raritan New Jersey.
We are looking for a security professional to help shape the company's security operations organization. This position will lead functional teams responsible for incident, request, change and problem management processes in support of Johnson and Johnson's security products. The role will focus on the implementation of standard methodologies across the ITIL practices and ensure connection with the rest of the enterprise.
The leader will develop and lead key performance metrics and implement continual improvement processes to ensure the success and advancement of our service delivery function. The Senior Manager will also focus on customer experience by emphasizing high standards in process quality and team communication. In addition, the position will ensure that the team is in alignment with the security organizations product model with a focus on business objectives.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
The anticipated pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,700.
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Key Responsibilities include:
- Align multiple security technology areas to the organizations business objectives
- Build clear operational standards to ensure processes, handoffs, and communications are optimized and consistently performed by the organization
- Deliver operational improvement plans through data driven decision making
- Lead a high performing team through continual mentoring, along with development of junior team members
- Support global service outages when needed
- Collaborate with our service partners to ensure they are meeting contractual obligations, and we are receiving value
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant security certification (ex. CISSP, CISM) required
- A minimum of 10 years in a security operations role required
- 5 years leading a security operations team required
- 5 years working in a global scope security function required
- Technical knowledge around the following areas preferred: Identity and Access Management, Email security, End point security, OT Security, SAP GRC
- Ability to work out of the Raritan, NJ site required
