You will help drive high-impact strategic initiatives by developing robust financial-models, performing deep-dive analytics, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and key partners.

What will you do?
- Own strategic analytics for the banking transformation team.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases and financial models to evaluate new initiatives.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of different business conditions.
- Support the analytics needs for the Banking Transformation team including deep dives and special projects
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or other quantitative field
- Experience in financial analysis, analytics, forecasting, or pricing preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Expertise in financial modelling
- Ability to perform complex data analysis on large volumes of data
- Experience developing reporting and dashboards using Tableau or similar software
- Strong business acumen, with demonstrated aptitude for strategic, analytical, and critical thinking
- Proven ability to unpack ambiguity and identify actionable insights
- Ability to craft analysis into stories with well-crafted presentations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ability to manage competing priorities
Nice to have:
- MBA or other graduate degree in a quantitative field
- Proficiency in extracting data (SAS/SQL)
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or capital markets
