Burson is seeking to hire a Senior Manager of Talent & Employee Programs to join our Global People Team. The mission of our People team is to enable sustainable business growth through the art and science of unlocking human potential.The Senior Managerwill drive people initiatives in support of our Global Team. This lead will be responsible for helping to manage the operational talent management duties and facilitate global employee programs. Not only will you work in lockstep with our internal regional teams, but you will also work with the broader Global People Team on initiatives to deepen our values, performance, and ways of working.

As the Sr. Manager of Talent Management, you will proactively ensure our global employee experiences align with the organization's strategic goals, values, metrics, and development objectives. The role includes onboarding, performance management, recognition, employee relations, policy and training compliance, engagement opportunities, and global internal communications. This high-impact role is joining the Global People function during a 'build and bolster' period, so it is an optimal position for someone who likes to create processes, clarify policies, discover insights-driven opportunities, and engage a wide range of internal stakeholders.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Talent Management Implementation
- Reinforce Talent programs such as our employee insights programs, performance management, employee recognition and retention, and onboarding and offboarding.
- Support the implementation of performance management, fostering a strong and rigorous career growth and recognition culture
- Customize and facilitate insights workshops and feedback sessions to address organizational/departmental needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of various programs (e.g., rewards and recognition, insights programs, onboarding platforms, and offboarding experiences) and propose new solutions or changes.
- Ability to collect consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new approaches or developments.
Employee Relations Engagement
- Support or inform internal global investigations and provide proper documentation/suggestions
- Orchestrate offboarding experiences across regions and specifically for WWHQ employees
- Provide counseling and support on corporate policies and benefit programs
- Advise and respond quickly to management needs regarding general Talent & HR issues
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
People Client Service & Support
- Build effective relationships and provide excellent client service by ensuring a positive employee experience
- Manage the People site within Being Burson for content updates and employee support
- Partner with group leaders on action plans from employee engagement survey results
- Partner with and manage monthly and quarterly updates as requested by WPP, Finance, and regional leads
- Collaborate with other market HR leads to share best practices sharing and new ways to engage employee communities
- Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of operational performance via agreed-upon KPIs
EXPERIENCE THAT CONTRIBUTES TO SUCCESS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration (or related field/equivalent level of experience)
- Experience in leadership development, learning, client management, program management, consulting, and/or entrepreneurship
- Proven experience, with increasing levels of responsibility and impact within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally within an agency setting.
- Robust relationship-building skills, adept at reteaming and conflict management.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage employee insights and analysis to drive people-centric outcomes and innovation.
- Work with an agile mindset. Projects and initiatives will move very fast, and often with incomplete information
- Adept at problem-solving to identify obstacles, source solutions, communicate options, and drive execution.
- Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across a matrixed global organization effectively.
- Willingness to engage before/after regular working hours for the locality and support functional operations at the global as needed
