Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Total Rewards is seeking a talented Global Compensation professional to join the Total Rewards Community of Expertise (COE).

This position will work closely with the HR Partners within a specific P&W organization and act as a key Total Rewards lead for several Global Compensation programs and processes.
  • Lead P&Ws Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) programs to include base pay, variable pay plans globally.
  • Oversee governance of variable pay plans, providing oversight of design and payout process.
  • Act as subject matter expert for global compensation programs and processes by providing recommendations and guidance to enable sound judgment and decision making for compensation decisions.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to the organizations HR Partners to develop tailored Total Rewards solutions in support of business growth and talent strategies.
  • Lead implementation and analysis of Total Rewards.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Programs (e.g., merit planning) within a specific P&W organization.
  • Assists with the completion of compensation aspects of due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Review and assess compensation and job analysis to ensure compliance with job structures, company policies, compensation governance and laws.
  • Champion adoption of HR operating model across geographic regions including the areas of Manager Self Service, Workday transactions, and the utilization of the Global People Services


Basic Qualifications:
  • US citizenship/US person required
  • Bachelor degree (BA/BS) and 10+ years of experience or Master degree and 7+ years of experience in compensation.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to large scale projects
  • Experience and understanding of global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, market data and other global compensation related matters
  • Good business judgment when handling and managing confidential data
  • Technical knowledge of global HR policies and procedures
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and internal and external compensation systems
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Experience working in a Global F500 organization, manufacturing, aerospace, defense and/or high-tech/engineering
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work effectively and productively, independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Workday a plus
