- Working closely with the Business Segment Leaders and the Segment Squads, you will be responsible for the coordination of complex cross-functional projects and the relentless focus on delivery of both iterative value and excellence. You will serve as the intersection between Marketing and Technology!
- Pivotal to this role will be your interactions with a range of key internal stakeholders to generate momentum, ensure alignment of workstreams and milestones, and delivery of value for teams, stakeholders, and the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Owning, managing, and create and develop business models targeting truck and trailer manufacturers in North America from beginning to end, with the direction of the Business Segment Leaders, such as:
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders within truck/trailer companies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership objectives with overall business goals.
- Create and deploy project plans, that manage "value delivery" across an AGILE development process, ensuring the workstreams and cross-functional deployment milestones converge.
- Review and critique completed projects to learn and continuously improve established processes and standard templates.
- Continuously manage the information flow amongst the Marketing, Product, and Squad teams to manage project plans, communicate progress and deliver outcomes (of project, product, solution etc).
- Lead the relationship with the truck/trailer markers.
- Analytical Capacity: ability to evaluate problems and business models (of customers, indicators of the segment, etc.) in depth, proposing action plans consistent with the company's objectives and with agility.
- Leadership (matrix): ability to negotiate and motivate cross-functional areas of the company involved in the projects in which they are the leader. (cross-functional vs hierarchical leadership).
- Organization: have method to organize and prioritize activities, respecting schedules and goals set, self-motivated and accountable without the need for interference of the manager to collect deadlines.
- Presentation of Ideas: be able to create and give strong presentations to internal and external audiences (meetings, events, trainings) conveying complex ideas in compelling and simplified ways.
- Sound Judgment: strong decision-making skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, delegate within the team and work under deadline pressure.
Education Required:
- 4-7+ years direct involvement in Market Manager/Product Manager to launch partnerships and/or new sales channels in the market (Marketing experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in related field, Masters preferred.
