Hybrid schedule - 3 days a week in office - Vancouver office

As a senior advisor, you will activate field marketing programs for our Vancouver and Calgary offices. You will be working closely with the marketing manager to implement initiatives that connect us to our communities and increase market presence by creating new or expanding on existing opportunities.

You will play a lead role in the execution and delivery of local events, sponsorships, client entertainment hosting at sporting venues, key client support, and campaigns for the region. This position will actively seek ways to promote regional mandates and connect with key clients and will be responsible for tracking stated ROI objectives and reporting on results.

You will be focusing on
  • Hands-on implementation of the office marketing plans, campaigns, and programs that extend our market reach and enhance brand exposure for Vancouver and Calgary.
  • Lead the marketing of local events (build client list, write invitations, attend events, create post-event analysis) with events team support in event logistics and execution.
  • Work closely with the practice marketing team in deploying key campaigns in the advisor's region.
  • Analysis and delivery of office sponsorship requests and leverage their outcomes.
  • Maintain a list of key regional clients, relationship partners and key contacts for the advisor's offices.
  • Actively seek ways to promote regional mandates and connect with key clients.
  • Keep current on trends, changes, and best practices as well as new and upcoming platforms.
  • Onboard and promote the arrival of new fee earners within their offices.
  • Support relevant regional awards.
  • Write, edit and proofread a variety of marketing content.
  • Ensure compliance with branding guidelines, templates and processes.
  • Assist with national and regional monthly reporting and quarterly updates.
  • Utilize established campaign development and management tools (i.e., CRM, creative services procurement tools).


What you will bring to the role
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, communications and/or business development, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple, disparate projects through to completion, interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Active listener to hear and understand opportunities and challenges.
  • Advanced knowledge and a mastery of various marketing tools and processes.
  • Quick problem solver.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Possess collaborative and superior relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools (CRM, Tableau).
  • Experience with high level collaboration with one or more work teams on a regional, national and sometimes global level.

Vancouver Salary: $74,928 - $121,758. Salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview and will be based on experience.
