Job Description:

Responsible for the coordination and direction of all marketing efforts in assigned business unit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, development and execution of marketing objectives, proposals, and presentations.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Develop, implement and direct marketing programs that support the business unit and overall company's planned objectives. Oversee national and local marketing materials production and distribution to ensure consistent applications across the company.
  • Establish and administer corporate, project, and marketing design budgets.

  • Directs the development and implementation of advertising programs and products that deliver timely and effective communications to the appropriate target group.
  • Responsible for the direction and supervision of Annual Report, Office and Industrial Market Trends, Annual Forecast Booklets, Corporate and Financial Profiles, as well as sales Collateral Materials.
  • Develops and manages the company's participation with key industry associations including trade shows, speaker's bureau, sponsorship and other membership activities.
  • May develop and manage high-profile client events as well as regional quarterly or bi-annual events; oversee the implementation of client events in conjunction with premier industry events such as IDRC, NACORE, and ICSC.
  • Selecting and working with external resources such as designers, copywriters, web site designers/writers, photographers and printers on assigned projects.
  • Work with both internal and external groups, as well as management, to ensure that management objectives are met.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years previous marketing experience
  • Experience with management of outsourced publication production
  • Experience with project management skills ensuring timely completion and cost effective practices
  • Possess the ability to work collaboratively with NMRK leaders to define needs and develop print image
