The Senior Marketing Manager is a leadership role that will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth, while also leading a team, managing budgets, and collaborating with other teams' company wide. A successful Senior Marketing Manager needs a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and expertise in various marketing disciplines. This dynamic role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels including social, digital, and traditional media in a growing organization. Essential Functions:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in for marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize digital marketing and SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Utilize strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM system (HubSpot preferred) to enhance the customer and team member experience.
  • Lead and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.
  • Some travel may be required for marketing and brand research.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven prior experience managing and mentoring a marketing team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • BA in marketing or related field and/or 5+ years marketing management experience.
