The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Planning, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling the annual regional marketing plan planning process, contributing to a single globally consistent marketing plan which tightly aligns with the overall marketing strategy. Once the plan has been established, the role liaises closely between the Regional Marketing Performance team and supporting global / outsourced teams in a business partnering capacity, to ensure that the plan remains aligned to the overall strategy, and that the Regional team are enabled to effectively execute on the plan.

Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinating the business planning and budget process for regional performance marketing to sign off annual plans.
Driving the co-ordination and completion of the annual demand model template supplied by marketing effectiveness, signed off by the Regional marketing lead and regional RTR.
Co-ordinating rolling target adjustments based on in year actuals with RTR, to ensure trading is always aligned to current plan.
Ensuring that investment plan details are refreshed and updated within the Finance in month workday process to source accrual and reforecast requirements.
Collating relevant trading meeting cadence documents with context to support sign off by regional marketing lead.
Supporting the regional team in driving effectiveness of spend
Refining and refreshing lead routing rules for SDR's Insourced/Outsourced models as per direction from Regional BU lead
Ensuring Ways of working are established to maximize our new operations outsourced model.
Localizing and enabling new technologies, and supports colleagues on how to be efficient on our regional marketing technology
Scoping and supporting the regional marketing lens for transformation projects

Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Atlanta office (619 Ponce De Leon - Ponce City Market)

Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Marketing Operations & Strategy Experience - you've operationalized marketing strategy across large, global marketing teams.
Strong knowledge of marketing, the customer engagement lifecycle and business planning in a complex, multi-faceted business.
Experience in Marketing planning and/or budgeting processes
Experience in operating at both a strategic and operational level.
Ability to work in a matrix environment across global teams.
Confident in building strong relationships across all leadership levels.
Strong project management skills and results oriented with strong time management skills, highly organized and driven to succeed.
Experience with MarTech/marketing tools and technologies
Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, and financial terms, including MQLs, ROI, CAC, LTV etc.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and to encourage and support others to achieve their objectives.
