The Senior Marketing Specialist independently leads a wide range of marketing projects focused on growing member engagement and supporting the credit union's strategic goals. The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for researching, recommending and experimenting with emerging digital marketing channels. This individual will analyze marketing performance and translate data into actionable insights to drive digital initiatives. The Senior Marketing Specialist will stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies, automation tools, and advancements in AI. This individual will also become an expert in existing digital marketing channels including the website, emails, Digital Banking ads, Branch Monitor ads, social media, and more. The Senior Marketing Specialist will also keep up with changes and new enhancements across the digital marketing channels.

Who YOU are:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing/communications experience.
- Financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management, email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and/or content strategy. Ability to adapt to technology changes and new enhancements.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS, HubSpot or similar email platform/software, Google Analytics, and/or marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
What YOU'LL do:
- Serve as marketing lead on department and organizational projects, overseeing all aspects of campaign planning, execution and performance tracking.
- Research and test new digital marketing platforms, technologies and advertising methods to determine the best-performing strategies.
- Analyze and report performance metrics; use data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and optimize for member engagement and conversions.
- Demonstrate expertise across all digital channels including emails, website, social media (paid and organic), Digital Banking ads, branch monitor ads, and other channels as needed; stay informed of any changes or new enhancements.
- Work with internal teams, external vendors and consultants to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Support the implementation of new promotions, product launches, and service changes, overseeing updates to the website and marketing collateral.
- Support copywriting for campaign assets and staff communications.
