Scope of Responsibility
Join us as a Senior Materials Manager where you will be responsible for managing inventory control systems, scheduling, supplier releases, and shipping/receiving within the Cascade Engineering Family of Companies (FoC). You'll be challenged to support capacity and supply chain teams while driving process improvements across key performance indicators (KPIs). In this role, you'll also work to analyze data and report insights related to supply chain projects, while also leading the team of Schedulers, Inventory Control Coordinators, and Shipping/Receiving leaders.

Target Pay
The target starting base salary for this position is $78,855 - $128,000 (plus quarterly bonus incentive). Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Responsibilities
- Ensures execution of the processes and procedures of material systems within FoC plant facilities
- Standardize materials flow throughout the FoC facilities
- Responsible for materials management & supply chain KPI's in management meetings
- Drive KPI standardization utilizing:
- ABC definition and Inventory accuracy
- Inventory Metric
- On time Delivery & ASN Accuracy
- Communicates regularly with the Purchasing and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Understand FoC capacity planning functions and support team as needed
- Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization including the Demand/Capacity Planning Manager
- Leads, mentors, and develops supply chain team member's skills within the organization
- Oversees inventory control results to ensure current processes meet the organizational needs
- Support supply chain and scheduling functions with training and mentoring as needed
- Drive process improvements across the supply chain department FoC
- Support and collaboration with CES regarding PFEP
- Minimize inventory write-offs by implementing best practices and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Actively participate in various Supply Chain projects by furnishing data analysis and reporting support needed for various projects
- Be a strong team player capable of working cross functionally and driving operational efficiency and superior customer service by tackling complex problems
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 5 years related experience or high School diploma with 10 plus year of experience/knowledge of QAD or similar ERP system. Experience should also relate specifically to the materials and/or capacity planning disciplines
- Strong oral, listening and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Must be analytical and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- High proficiency in Excel required
- Extensive leadership experience with proven record

- Masters degree in related discipline
