Location: Denver, CO
Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000+ (based on experience)

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead on high-impact projects, working with top-tier clients to design and deliver cutting-edge mechanical systems for data centers, airports, and other mission-critical facilities.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the mechanical engineering and design for projects, including new construction, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Develop innovative HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Perform load calculations, equipment selections, and system analyses using advanced software tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to project engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD staff.


What You Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited).
  • Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) registration, with multi-state licensure preferred.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of proven expertise in mechanical engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
  • Skills: Proficiency in managing projects across all development phases, including greenfield and renovation projects.
  • Travel: Ability to travel occasionally and meet client-specific requirements, including background checks and screenings.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
