Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team and lead the design and execution of a 5-year project to construct a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Cincinnati, OH. This on-site role requires an experienced engineer to navigate the challenges of an evolving facility while achieving short-term objectives and contributing to long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical lead for mechanical engineering and design on assigned projects.
  • Design HVAC systems, central plant systems, plumbing, sprinkler fire protection, and fire suppression systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national building codes, including International Building Codes.
  • Provide mentorship and training to mechanical staff.
  • Delegate and oversee work assigned to project engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD staff.
  • Act as a resource for technical expertise and project procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering and design.
  • Proficiency in managing engineering projects through all development phases.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time with occasional travel.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
