The Senior Military Operations Advisor compiles information to help make decisions regarding military strategy. Responsibilities managing people and resources. * Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
* Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
* Experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officer and Senior Executives.
* Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as other government FAR and Directive 70-1.
* Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Creation, maintenance, and updating of financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
* Conducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloads
* Ensuring team m6bers understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification issued from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
* BA/BS (or equivalent experience).
* 10+ years of experience WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI clearance Required Skills and Abilities: * Leadership Experience
* PMP or PgMP certifications
* Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
* Special Operations Experience
