Description:
ASSYST is looking for an experienced ASP.NET Core Developer with strong Angular 14+ UI development experience to support our government customer based in Austin, TX. This position will contribute to exciting projects for Special Education-funded applications used by charter schools and other school districts, integrating with other agency applications to drive business intelligence and web development forward.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Build UI pages using Angular 14+ with responsive design.
- Develop and maintain Web APIs using .NET Core and ensure adherence to RESTful API principles.
- Work with SQL Server for database design, stored procedures, and ORM-based operations (Entity Framework).
- Modify legacy ASP.NET applications to meet 504 ADA Compliance requirements.
- Write unit tests and integration tests for APIs and front-end applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of recent experience with ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, including schema design, stored procedures, and SSRS.
- Proficiency in Angular 14+, including TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Selenium).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience making web pages ADA 504 Compliant.
- Understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience with Bootstrap, Blazor, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with Angular 18.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Azure SQL Database.
- Experience working with ArcGIS.
