Role: Senior Network Engineer
Location: Portland, OR (Onsite 2 days/week)
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: OPEN
Schedule: Full-time (some weeks may be 32 hours) Travel: Up to 25% within WA, OR, ID
Rate: $ 60 -80/hr

Role: Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and troubleshoot complex data/security networks.
- Develop security, routing, and switching configurations.
- Provide network engineering consulting (assessment, design, implementation).
- Create design documentation and manage project implementation.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise with Cisco IR 1101 Router and Cisco IoTOD app (preferred).
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and IDS/IPS (Cisco is a must).
- Familiarity with network automation and scripting.
- CCNP required, CCIE preferred.
