Position Overview RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Senior Networking Security Analyst in Ft. Belvoir, VA in support of the DTRA. ***This position is contingent upon award*** Roles and Responsibilities * must be capable of meeting both apprentice operator requirements and journeyman operator requirements in the DCART Operator Training Program within the prescribed timelines, as outlined in the DCART Handbook.
* must also be capable of performing the advanced red cyber assessment-specific role of assessment Technical Lead. This assessment-specific leadership position guides the technical planning, execution, and reporting of a specific assigned assessment.Required Qualifications and Experience * 3+ years' experience supporting the continuous monitoring and risk mitigation of sensitive networks and systems in accordance with DoD cybersecurity policies, procedures and best practices.
* Experience with configuring, scanning, monitoring, alerting, and reporting security tools.
* All Red Cyber Operators must hold an IAT Level III certification as defined and described in DoDD 8570.01, 8570.01-M, 8140.01-03 and as amended.
* Must pass the DCART senior developer aptitude test before joining DCART as an Analyst.
* Current Top Security with SCI Eligibility.Desired skills/certifications: * 3-5 years development industry experience.
* Experience with PCAP collection
* Experience as a SOC analyst
