We're looking for an innovative and passionate Senior Onboarding Manager to join our Delivery function in the US to play a key role in successful project delivery for our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have an extensive customer facing project management background for SaaS implementations, have experience with dealing with enterprise clients, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

We're looking for someone who will be able to think on their feet and thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple customers to successfully manage and implement our professional services and software.

A little about you...
  • Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced project management environment, coordinating multiple project activities at any one time
  • Proven experience of SaaS Implementation Project Management
  • Strong organizational skills and desire to succeed
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience with presenting, engaging, and communicating with high level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for SaaS technology and a solid strategic understanding of implementations in the digital workplace
  • Experience of working with internal communications team and intranets (desirable)


About the role...
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging directly and frequently with customers to discover, understand and document business requirements and maintain project momentum
  • Deliver to agreed milestones, scope, escalating issues where necessary to the On-boarding Management Lead and VP of Services
  • Devise and manage project plans for customers, project contributors, assigning and managing team tasks and timelines
  • Track project issues and mitigate risk to ensure successful delivery while meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Support our sales team by facilitating activities to aid new business
  • Ensure all project invoicing is up to date
  • Ensure that projects are closed and handed over to our Customer Success Managers in a consistent and high quality manner
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for customers, building strong customer relationships in the process
  • Some travel will be needed for larger Enterprise projects
