Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing - iLottery & Loyalty will provide strategic leadership and oversight for digital marketing and CRM initiatives across all jurisdictions. This role will guide and empower a team of marketing, CRM managers and analysts to drive player engagement, and retention, and development while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Senior Online Marketing Manager will focus on fostering innovation, optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and external partners. Positioning the Scientific Games brand as a leader in the competitive gaming market.

- Define and oversee the execution of a comprehensive digital marketing and CRM strategy for Loyalty and iLottery programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and jurisdictional requirements driving sales and retention of players within our loyalty programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing strategic direction, professional growth opportunities, and support in achieving key objectives.
- Facilitate and ensure seamless implementation and onboarding of all new lottery clients on to the CRM platform
- Guide the team in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns and bonusing strategy ensuring maximum efficiency and impact.
- Direct the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and player behavior trends, ensuring the leveraging of data to refine strategies, enhance segmentation, and improve customer engagement.
- Ensure seamless coordination between marketing, CRM, product, creative, and external vendor teams to align initiatives with business priorities and player experience goals.
- Collaborate with the product team in data mapping and segmentation attribute calculations to enhance customer targeting and personalization across jurisdictions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Lead strategic sales efforts to drive adoption of our product among lottery customers, leveraging industry expertise to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Maintain strategic relationships with external agencies, technology partners, and service providers, ensuring the team effectively manages partnerships to enhance marketing and CRM effectiveness.
- Ensure all marketing and CRM activities adhere to industry regulations, legal requirements, and responsible gaming best practices across jurisdictions.
- Oversee the development of reports and strategic insights for senior leadership, ensuring the team provides actionable recommendations based on performance trends and market analysis.
- Oversee the CRM budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Facilitate the hiring, training, and ongoing development of the CRM team.
