You'll work directly with the CFO to help design, refine, and manage core accounting functions as the company continues its rapid expansion.

- Cash reconciliation and credit card transaction audits
- Accounts payable and receivable processes
- Journal entries, accruals, and other non-cash transactions
- Month-end and year-end closings
- Expense management and employee reimbursements
- 1099 preparation, W-9 file management, and tax reporting
- General ledger account reconciliations
- Internal process improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams

You Bring:
- A Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA a plus!)
- 2-3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar software
- A knack for problem-solving and a sharp eye for details
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
- A passion for systems, structure, and continual improvement
