Job Description: Serves as the expert advisor and consultant to the Program Operations Director of the Integrated Fires Mission Command Project Office for the coordination and performance of operational and administrative tasks associated with proponent areas, to include program planning, prioritization, management. . Defines, establishes, and directs organizational focus on complex programs. Resolves highly complex problems that cross organizational boundaries. Works with senior management to establish new concepts and criteria that result in the development of new IFMC policy, methodology, and techniques. Within the broad parameters provided, ensures that the Program Operations Director's guidance is met in the most complete, realistic, and logical manner. Working independently converts broad guidance to specific individual tasks. The incumbent is typically engaged in multiple actions simultaneously. Ensures that those principles, procedures, and processes that foster teamwork for quality mission performance and quality products and services are adhered to by the organization and that the cost for such quality is equitable and reasonable. Manages the coordination of IFMC conferences, ceremonies, and events. Facilitates communication across the IFMC Organization. Coordinates with PEO and HQDA staff. Help maintain a working repository database of information pertaining to IFMC operations in order to support prompt analyses Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time Worksite details: On-Site - Huntsville, AL Position Requirements: u00b7 Position requires a meticulous a detail-oriented approach u00b7 Bachelor's degree in associated field. u00b7 Min of 10 years of program operations analysis experience u00b7 Min of 3 years within or supporting an Army project office. u00b7 Proficient MS office product-line expertise. u00b7 Be a US citizen. u00b7 Be a resident of the Huntsville/Tennessee Valley area. u00b7 Pays attention to detail u00b7 Has a Secret security clearance Desired: * Excellent written and verbal communication's skills, people skills and enthusiasm. * Highly organized, flexible and demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet time- sensitive tasks. * Ability to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product. * Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment. * Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II or better Certification in the area of acquisition, financial management or engineering is a plus * Master's degree in associated field.
