POSITION OVERVIEW
The Operations Manager will provide dynamic leadership to position the company's largest School bus operation at the forefront of the industry. Working with his/her drivers, location staff, and the Vice President of Operations, this individual will dynamically lead, build, develop, and nurture internal relationships, drive operational excellence, and ensure best in class customer service, safety, and employee engagement.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree and at least 3 years of senior level, executive experience in the transportation or similar.
